WHO WE ARE.....
Paks Design Group is an award winning design firm with over 30 years of experience in the architectural design, construction and real estate industries. We have designed 100's of homes for our clients located all over WA, ID, MT, OR, CA and AZ.
We offer a variety of architectural custom design, concept designs and drafting services to our wide range of clients. We work with contractors, home owners and engineers, as well the city and county jurisdictions to get your designs completed and permitted. Our typical projects range anywhere from custom or stock homes to the unique and fantastic. We can design for any type of building material out there!
CONCEPT DESIGN....
Have a vision of a new commercial project you are trying to put together to present to investors, but not quite ready to invest the cost of a full set of engineered plans yet? We provide full concept plans for your project. These can be anything from a quick sketch and rendering to a full 3D walk thru model of what the completed project would look like, just without the detail of the structural components of the design.
We work on any type of commercial project from schools and business complexes, but our favorite we specialize in is hospitality design.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS....
Our typical design process begins with a meeting to learn about you, what you are looking for and the overall scope of the project. If it is feasible, we typically like to arrange a first meeting on site so we can see the lay of the land in case there are any hidden surprises we might need to design around. We also love any sketches or photos of ideas you have collected so we know what you have in mind. From there we put together a floor plan for you based on the ideas you give us and schedule a second meeting or email you what we have so far. This is usually the most time consuming, yet most important part of the process. If the plan isn’t right, then whole project won’t be right. And we want things right!
If everything looks good, we start to put together the elevations so you can see your home take shape! The final step is to put everything else together to get you ready to submit to your local building department. If an engineer is required that usually happens at this stage as well!

WORK WITH DISASTER RELIEF.....
We are also a huge proponent of disaster relief. and welcome assisting design and rebuilding areas in need. Please let us know if you are in one of the areas effected by a disaster and we will make your project a priority! Here are Paks Project Group we have a special place in our hearts for families effected by fires or who have lost their home to a fire as well as the brave fire fighters and their families who keep us safe. Please let us know if you are. We offer discounts and in some cases free services depending on your situation.

Since the scope of commercial projects are so unique and vary so much we work with you figure out a price that is fair.
