WHO WE ARE.....

- Paks Design is an award winning design firm with over 25 years of experience in the architectural design, construction and real estate industry. We have designed 100's of projects located all over WA, ID, MT, OR, CA and AZ.

- We offer a variety of custom design and drafting services for all of our clients and work with both builders and home owners as well. Our typical projects range any where from stock homes and remodels to the unique and fantastic as well as hospitality concept designs. We can also work and design with any type of building material out there!

- We are available to assist with any aspect of the design and building process from long before start to finish. 

First time home/ property buyers:

1) We can assist with helping you choose the perfect lot to build. Make sure that all the correct utilities are in place in build and that you will be meeting building requirements before you even buy your lot. This is a huge money saver. No one wants to buy land that will not work.

2) Can't decide between houses on the market and a house that might need a remodel? We have an eye for this - it's what we do. We can help! 

3) We can help with any facet of your construction project start to finish 

4) Need a project manager? We can help with that too.
